Operations Administrative Coordinator

Location: Oakland, CA
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire/Direct Hire

We’re seeking candidates for an Operations Administrative Coordinator position within a Philanthropy organization which is located in Oakland, CA. There are so many pressing social issues which charitable and philanthropy groups help address. This organization supports member grant making in areas including racial, economic, gender-based, and environmental justice. The staff and consultants are a diverse and committed group who are acting in concert to facilitate advances in these areas. The Operations Administrative Coordinator is someone who has a desire to work on behalf of social justice issues and who has strong and high-skill administrative abilities. You would support a small Oakland staff; provide office management and other administrative services to support member-services, fundraising and finance. You’d play a key role in helping keep the mostly- remote staff connected through the organization’s online systems. The Operations Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Operations, in Oakland.

Main Responsibilities include:
Operations Administration and Support (60%)
Assist Fundraising and Membership (40%)

Work Environment, Salary & Benefits
TThe work environment is congenial, friendly, helpful and collaborative; attire is business professional casual.
Starting Salary Range: $24-$28 per hour ($50K-$60K Annualized)
Excellent Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits and generous PTO and vacation leave.
Occasional travel is required.
