We are looking to hire an Employee Benefits Manager in Davis to manage the administration and government compliance responsibilities of the Employee Benefits function for the USA with possible extension of responsibilities to the AMPA Region. Report to and support the Sr. Director, Compensation/ Benefits/ HRIS- AMPA Region. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Pays 85K to 100K DOE.

Manage the following administration and government compliance responsibilities as assigned:
(a) Directly administer time-off and leave of absence administration policies and programs;
(b) Directly administer 401(k) and pension plan retirement plans;
(c) Supervise the administration through staff of health and welfare benefit programs.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTY: Retirement Plan Benefits- Pension and 401k
SUPERVISE STAFF: Health & Welfare Employee Benefits-
Medical, Dental, Rx, Vision, Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, LTC, EAP, FSA, Wellness Program, etc.
