Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper role in Oakland, CA. This is a contract position for 3 months, with the possibility to continue to hire. We have an immediate need to hire. This position needs someone who has strong ability in QuickBooks and experience tracking investments, real estate holdings, leases, rental properties, vendors related to the same, tracking personal finances and preparing files for automated payroll for a few employees. Business degree is a plus. Ideally, the person has strong experience in this role as well as providing light executive support to principals in a corporate/family business. Requires: Mon-Fri. 8:30-5:00, 40 hs/wk.

Excellent communication, ability to handle some complex administrative tasks and working with multiple changing priorities, also required.
